Grandmother convinces family to take a detour to visit an old house "with treasure", she realizes the house is not where they are headed and startles Bailey which leads to a car accident.
Car with three men approach the family, grandmother thinks she recognizes one, soon realizes it is The Misfit.

The Grandmother tries to convince The Misfit that he is truly a good man, in order to save herself (and possibly her family) meanwhile, the two other guys take Bailey and John Wesley into the woods and kill them
The Misfit also kills the mother, June Star and the baby
In the end, he shows no mercy and ends up killing the grandmother as well.
